Peter Schwarting, Founder/Owner of Primal Athletics NY, is a NASM-certified personal trainer on Long Island. He specializes in kettlebell training, weight loss, corrective exercises, sport-specific training and more. Over the past six years Pete has helped countless people overcome injuries, lose weight permanently, train for marathons, and enjoy a healthy lifestyle through workout regimes tailored for each individual client’s need.
Pete’s highest priority in life is his health and is an avid weightlifter and marathon runner (as a way of offsetting his addiction to chocolate). Pete has a bachelor’s degree in economics and international affairs from C.W. Post. His dedication to a healthy lifestyle (minus the chocolate part) led him to his career in personal training so he could help others.
